Fitness Room

Our fitness room is open! The side entrance has been unlocked for use. We remind members to please use hand sanitizer upon entry and wipe down the equipment before and after use. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Fitness Room hours are as follows:

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-9:00PM

Saturday-Sunday 9:00AM-8:00PM

Membership Info:

Memberships must be purchased in the Office, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Couple and Family rates apply to members in the same household. Please note the following information is subject to change.

Fitness Membership Rates as of April 1, 2025:

Monthly Single – $40.00
Yearly Single – $250.00
Monthly Couple – $70.00
Yearly Couple – $400.00
Monthly Family (3 or more) – $100.00
Yearly Family (3 or more) – $500.00

15% HST will be applicable to all Facility Rentals and Membership fees as well as a $10 key fob deposit for each member. Both Membership forms must be signed and completed to obtain a membership to the fitness room. A Par-Q form is required by all members.
