The Village of New Minas is in need of one additional citizen member to serve on the New Minas Secondary Plan Working Group to assist in the development of a Secondary Planning Strategy for the Growth Centre of New Minas. The Terms of Reference of the Working Group are attached.

Members of the Working Group will meet as needed to:

· Identify stakeholders of interest

· Provide guidance regarding relevant issues 

· Provide input on proposed approaches

· Review prepared materials

To apply, submit a resume and cover letter expressing interest to ianm@newminas.com 

· Applicants must be residents of the Village and must have lived in the Village for a minimum of six months immediately preceding application

· Appointment is subject to approval by Municipal Council of the County of Kings 

· Deadline: Friday September 18 @ 4:30 pm
